Roof replacements, insurance work, structural repairs and silicone roof coatings get a written, itemized estimate before anything starts.
Our mobile-service labor rate is $175 per hour. Travel is calculated one way from New Bedford at $3.50 per mile with a $50 minimum, based on the RV's exact location. Parts, materials, tolls, ferry fees and applicable tax are additional.

No. Same labor rate anywhere we can safely work. If a campground requires a contractor fee or notice, we tell you in advance.
Common fittings, sealants and pump parts are on the truck. Appliance parts and specialty items are quoted before we order them.
Payment is due when the work is complete. Larger projects and insurance jobs follow the written estimate, which spells out deposits and payment timing.
The inspection and documentation visit is billed at the standard rate plus travel; whether it is included in the claim is up to your carrier. The replacement itself follows the approved estimate; your deductible is between you and your insurer.
