Limited Workmanship Warranties

Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc.

1. Exterior Reseal (Windows, Doors, Seams, Vents)

Scope of Work: Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc. will clean accessible seams, remove only loose or visibly failed caulk, and apply new sealant over existing caulking. This is a maintenance reseal only and does not constitute a full removal and reseal.

Warranty: Workmanship is warranted for ninety (90) days from the completion date. Coverage applies solely to failure of the new sealant applied by Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to:

1. Pre-existing leaks or water intrusion.

2. Hidden damage, rot, or substrate failure.

3. Deterioration or failure of underlying/original caulk or sealants.

4. Damage caused by weather events, impact, aftermarket modifications, or customer neglect.

2. Roof Reseal (Roof Seams, Vents, Penetrations)

Scope of Work: Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc. will clean roof seams, remove only loose or visibly failed sealant, and apply new self-leveling sealant over existing caulking at seams, vents, skylights, and penetrations. This is a top-coat reseal only and does not constitute a full membrane replacement.

Warranty: Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the completion date. Coverage applies only to treated seams and penetrations and only to defects in workmanship that directly result in water intrusion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to:

1. Pre-existing leaks or damage.

2. Hidden damage, rot, or substrate failure.

3. Deterioration or failure of underlying/original caulk.

4. Damage caused by neglect, aftermarket alterations, weather, or impact.

Inspection Requirement: Customer must provide documentation of roof/seal inspections at least annually (dated photos or professional service receipts). Failure to provide such documentation may void coverage.

Roof Patch / Structural Repair

Scope of Work: Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc. will cut open the membrane in the affected area, remove and replace damaged substrate, re-adhere and mechanically secure the membrane, and overlay the repair with industry-standard RV roof sealant. Due to the nature of patch work, minor wrinkles or cosmetic unevenness may occur. All reasonable efforts will be made to minimize wrinkles; such cosmetic issues are not considered workmanship defects.

Warranty: Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the completion date, limited strictly to the patched area. Coverage applies only to defects in workmanship that directly cause patch failure or water intrusion at the repair site.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to:

1. Leaks or failures outside the patched area.

2. Unrelated or future water intrusion.

3. Cosmetic appearance, including minor wrinkles or unevenness.

4. Damage caused by neglect, structural movement, or aftermarket sealants applied by others.

Inspection Requirement: Customer must provide documentation of roof/seal inspections at least annually (dated photos or professional service receipts). Failure to provide such documentation may void coverage.

General Conditions (Applies to All Services)

1. These warranties are limited workmanship warranties only.

2. Manufacturer warranties on materials, if any, are separate and not covered by Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc.

3. Warranty is void if work is altered, tampered with, or modified by anyone other than Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc.

4. These warranties are the sole and exclusive remedy for the services provided.

5. Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Mobile RV Repair NOW Inc. is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
